If you or your colleagues are not receiving emails from ChatShipper, it is possible that these are being blocked.

Contact your IT guy / department about getting our email addresses whitelisted.

The main emails we use are:

  • noreply@chatshipper.com
  • info@chatshipper.com
  • notifications@chatshipper.com
  • payments@chatshipper.com
  • support@chatshipper.com

If you're being permissive, you could whitelist anything from the ChatShipper domain:

*@chatshipper.com
