Our geographical expansion means adding new Messaging channels important in these local markets to our existing integrations.

Collaborative Conversations 2.0

we want more Conversation sharing options. Sharing conversations From a Brand to it Franchisees / Dealers network or from a Messaging contact Center straight to a Sales Person in a client organisation (bypassing CRM systems all together).
